This page explains what information Wedding Activity Pack ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, and how it is used.

What we collect

When you use the questionnaire, you provide names, an optional wedding date, an optional wedding colour, and short personal memories/answers used only to generate your personalised printable activity pack. This information is used solely to build the crossword, word search and trivia in your pack, and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment directly and shares with us only what is needed to confirm and deliver your order (such as your email address and payment confirmation).

Analytics

We use PostHog, a privacy-conscious analytics provider, to understand how visitors use this site (for example, which steps of the questionnaire are completed) so we can improve it. Analytics events use anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers and behavioural counts only — not your names, wedding date, memories, generated puzzle content, or payment details. Session recording/replay is not enabled on this site.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to save your in-progress questionnaire answers on your own device (so you don't lose them if you navigate away), and to remember basic campaign-attribution information if you arrived via an advertisement. No personal data is stored in a tracking cookie shared with third parties.

How long we keep information

Paid order files remain available for download for approximately 30 days from purchase. Your Stripe payment record is retained by Stripe according to their own policies. In-progress (unpurchased) questionnaire sessions are not retained long-term on our servers.

Your rights

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (below), subject to any legal record-keeping requirements (for example, payment/tax records).
